Your name, business name, email address and phone number, so we can set your searches up and reach you. Your billing address and card details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us — we never see or store a card number. We also keep the searches you ask for, the listings you star or bin, and the notes you write.
To provide the service you have contracted for (performance of a contract), to take payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to keep the service working and secure (legitimate interests). We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train anything for anyone else.
The board holds vehicle adverts published publicly on marketplaces. Where a seller has published a contact number on a public advert, that number appears on the row so you can ring them about the vehicle they advertised. It is used for that and nothing else — no marketing lists, no resale, no bulk export.
Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and the vehicle data providers we query when you press a check on a specific vehicle. Each processes it only to do that job.
Account and search data for as long as you are a customer, and for six years afterwards where we must keep financial records. Ask us to delete your account data and we will, save for what we are legally required to retain.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email kishansomani21@gmail.com. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light/dark preference is kept in your browser's own local storage and never leaves your device. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout pages, which are covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
